A Georgia native, Ms. Whited grew up in the Northwest corner of Georgia and graduated from Trion High School in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music Education from Jacksonville State University in 2019 and stayed to pursue her Master’s degree in Music Education. During her undergraduate degree, Erin studied oboe with Ms. Eryn Oft. She served as a graduate administrative assistant for the University Bands department at Jacksonville State University under the direction of Dr. Kenneth G. Bodiford. Ms. Whited is excited to lead the Pride of the State Line and proud to call Ardmore her home.
